The Calvin University women's volleyball team is ranked 15th for the second straight week in the weekly American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) top 25 poll released Tuesday.

The Knights also came in at 15 for the second straight week after entering the season ranked ninth in the AVCA preseason poll.

After opening the season 2-1 on the opening week, Calvin went 3-0 at least weekend's MIAA/NCAC Challenge hosted by Hope College with 3-0 wins over Ohio Wesleyan University, Denison University and Wittenberg University.

Under the direction of head coach Dr. Amber Warners, Calvin is 5-1 on the season and will play its first home matches of the season this weekend against SUNY Cortland, number-16 UW-Whitewater and Otterbein University, which is just outside this week's top 25 AVCA poll.
