Following the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) National Championships, hosted by East Baptist Texas University, this weekend the association announced its yearly awards winners, All-American Team, All-Academic Team, and Academic Honor Roll.

Senior Rebecca-Helen Prince (Auburn, Ca./Home School) represented the Knights as she was awarded All-Tournament First Team Honors while junior Eila Yee (Livonia, Mich./Livonia Stevenson) landed a spot on the All-Tournament Second Team.

The Knights, who are in their second year of competition, also landed three on the All-Academic Team including Prince, Yee, and junior Sasha Kuhlmann (Severn, MD/Homeschool).

Under the direction of first year coach Tiffani Lincoln, Calvin concluded their season at the NCATA DIII Tournament where they recorded their first victory of the season when they defeated Stevenson on Friday afternoon.

"I'm very proud of Rebecca, Eila, and Sasha," said Lincoln. "These athletes have demonstrated their commitment to Calvin University both athletically and in the classroom."
