Two members of the Calvin University baseball team earned All-MIAA honors from the conference on Thursday.

Gabe Bonemer (Okemos, Mich./Okemos) was named All-MIAA First Team honors, while junior
Ryan Tschirhart (Clinton, Mich./Clinton) earned All-MIAA Second Team.

The Knights finished the 2026 season with a 16-22 record overall and went 7-12 in league play.

Gabe Bonemer

Bonemer earned All-MIAA First Team honors for the second consecutive season after starting 36 of the team's 38 games and batting .355 with 34 runs scored, 11 doubles, three home runs and 16 stolen bases while playing second base.

Over his career, Bonemer recorded 180 hits, eight triples, 124 runs and 45 stolen bases. On the all-time Calvin career statistical leade rboard, he ranks second in stolen bases, fourth in runs scored, tied for fourth in triples, and fifth in hits.

Ryan Tschirhart
Â
Tschirhart earned All-MIAA honors for the first time in his career following a strong junior campaign. The corner outfielder finished the season batting .344 and led the team with five home runs and 31 runs batted in while finishing second on the team with 24 runs scored. His five home runs this season tied for 14th on the Calvin single-season record list.

In conference play, Tschirhart hit .384 with four home runs, 19 RBI and 13 runs scored.
