INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Calvin closed out competition at the NCAA III Swimming and Diving Championships with an All-American swim from sophomore Zoe Poe (Bridgeville, Pa./ South Fayette Twp.) took 13^th in the 1650 freestyle in a time of 17:10.02. The finish is good for 2^nd Team Division III All-America honors and marks the second straight year she achieved the feat. As a freshman in 2025, she placed 16^th in the race at the national meet in a time of 17:12.57.

Poe's race came in the afternoon heats as she raced against the clock. She was fourth in here heat and fifth out the afternoon heats with the evening heat of eight swimmers determining the final overall placement in the race.  

Her finish earned Calvin four points in the final team standings, good for 39^th place overall.

In the morning prelims, senior Meghan Bengelink (Holland, Mich./Holland Christian HS) was 49^th (52.10). Junior Emma Merkel (Grandville, Mich./Grandville HS) was 29^th in the 200 backstroke (2:03.38). Junior Elise Bajwa (Bethesda, Md./Brookewood School) was 37^th in the 200 breaststroke (2:23.28).

Calvin's 400 freestyle relay team of Merkel, Bengelink, sophomore Ella Andrews (Carmel, Ind./Heritage Christian HS) and Bajwa took 22^nd in 3:29.90.
