OLIVET, Mich. - Today the Calvin men's volleyball team wrapped up their time in Olivet in style when they defeated Franklin and Olivet to finish the weekend with a perfect 3-0 record.

In their first match of the day the Knights defeated Franklin in straight sets with scores of 25-15, 25-18, and 25-22. Junior
Brady Gudauskas (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley) led the team in kills while sophomore
Bryce Broekhuizen (Kalamazoo, Mich./Kalamazoo) also chipped in kills in key moments.Â

The Knights continued to march through the day when they dominated Olivet in three sets with scores of 25-9, 25-21, and 25-7. Every player on Calvin's roster competed in the match with some big points coming from freshman

Evan Bachert (Northville, Mich./Northville), and junior
Wyatt Burch (Highlands Ranch, Col./Valor Christian).

Gabriel Laughlin (Grand Rapids, Mich./West Michigan Aviation Academy) and Gudauskas led in kills while Gudauskas also recorded multiple service aces throughout the match.
