The Calvin women's soccer team has moved up one spot in the latest IWSOC Division III Top 25 rankings. The Knights are ranked 9^th in this week's poll after holding the No. 10 spot a week ago.

Under the direction of head coach Emily Ottenhoff, the Knights are 13-1-1 overall on the season after downing Kalamazoo 3-0 and Olivet 9-0 in conference contests last week.

Calvin is also ranked seventh in the latest Division III National Power Index ratings after holding the No. 8 spot last week. The NPI rankings use a metric algorithm based on wins and losses as well as the records of opponents played during the season. It is used for seeding purposes for the 64-team NCAA III Tournament as well as to determine the 21 teams that receive at-large bids to the NCAA III Tournament.

Calvin will travel to Alma tomorrow for a 4 p.m. match for its regular season finale. The Knights will then wait for their MIAA Tournament opponent.
