Calvin men's tennis got a 9-0 win over Lakeland on Friday afternoon at the Sports Core Center in Kohler, Wisconsin.

Senior Jose' Larrea (Caracas, Venezuela/U.E. Colegio San Jose) and junior Max Stallings (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich./Grosse Pointe North HS) were an 8-0 winner at No. 1 doubles. Senior Cobe Benzel  (San Dimas, Ca./San Dimas HS) and senior Owen Brookhouse (Whitinsville, Mass./Whitinsville Christian HS) won at 8-0 at No. 2 doubles. Senior Daniel Huan (Grand Rapids, MI / Grand Rapids Christian) and junior Lucas Schupbach (Paw Paw, MI / Paw Paw) were 8-0 winners at No. 3 doubles.

Jose Larrea defeated Nick Lange 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. Max Stallings took down Jacob Larson 6-1,6-1 at No. 2 singles. Owen Brookhouse was a 6-0, 6-1 winner over Kengo Kanemitsu at No. singles. Cobe Benzel dropped Aaron Smith 6-0, 6-1 at No. 4 singles. Daniel Huan took a victory over Erick Bredlow 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 singles. Lucas Schupbach got the final win of the night over Alessandro Bianchi 6-1,6-0 at No. 6 singles
