GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Calvin University women's track and field team secured both team and individual academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the 2025-26 season.
Calvin women's track and field was named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, while a record 13 individuals were named USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes.
Highlighting the list of honors were senior
Sophie Bull and graduate student
Sydney Radigan. Bull was named the USTFCCCA Women's Indoor Track Scholar Athlete of the Year for Division III. Radigan was named the USTFCCCA Women's Outdoor Track Scholar Athlete of the Year for Division III.
Bull (Denver, Co./Denver Christian HS) maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.98 as a kinesiology major, won the 3000 meters at the 2026 NCAA DIII Indoor Championships. This is the first time that an athlete from Calvin has been named NCAA DIII Women's Indoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year.
Radigan (Portland, Ore./St. Stephen's Academy) maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.73 a graduate student in public health. She won both the 100 meters and 200 meters at the 2026 NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships. This is the first time that an athlete from Calvin has been named NCAA DIII Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year.

DeJonge is from Bellevue, Washington. She is a graduate of Bellevue Christian High School. She recently graduate from Calvin with a sports management major.
Rohrer is from Ludington, Michigan. She is a graduate of Ludington High School. She is an environmental sciences major.
Strydom is from Meyerton, South Africa. She is a graphic design major.
Ludwig is from Ada, Michigan. She is a graduate of Grand Rapids Forest Hills Central High School. She is a business marketing manager.
Drougal is from Rockford, Michigan. She is a graduate of Rockford High School. She is a accounting and finance major.
Easterling is from Norton, Ohio. She is a Norton High School graduate. She is a mechanical engineering major.
Holben is from DeWitt, Michigan. She is a graduate of DeWitt High School. She is a nursing major.
Lambers is from Hudsonville, Michigan. She is a graduate of Hudsonville Unity Christian High School.
Mason is from Graham, Washington. She is a graduate of Graham Kapowsin High School. She is a kinesiology major.
Rutley is from Fenton, Michigan. She is a graduate of Fenton High School. She is a kinesiology major.
Wierenga is from Grafton, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Whitinsville Christian High School. She is majoring in history and education.
To earn All-Academic Athlete honors, a student-athlete must have a 3.3 or higher grade point average (GPA) and meet one of the following athletic criteria:
- Must have finished the season among the top 50 individuals as listed on the descending order lists on TFRRS. In addition, any athletes not among the top 50, but who participated at the Indoor OR Outdoor National Championships, are eligible.
- Must have competed as a member of one of the top 35 relay teams as listed on the descending order list on TFRRS. In addition, any athletes not among the top 35 relay teams, but who participated in the relay at the Indoor OR Outdoor National Championships, are eligible. Finally, any competing relay team member on an expanded descending order list to include 35 institutions (1 relay team per institution) is eligible.
Collectively, the Calvin women's track and field team produced a 3.61 team grade point average. To be eligible for All-Academic Team honors, a team must have a 3.1 GPA or higher.

Adam Haldorson, the Calvin women's track and field team captured both the MIAA Indoor and Outdoor titles in 2026. The Knights also finished sixth at the NCAA III Indoor Track and Field Championships and fourth at the NCAA III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
