Six Calvin University student-athletes have received College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors in the Division III At-Large Division.
The CSC Women's Division III At-Large Division includes the varsity sports of beach volleyball, bowling, crew/rowing, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, water polo, skiing and wrestling.
The six Calvin student athletes receiving the award are seniors Kayla Adkins, Gina Sonday,
Morgan Bethard,
Molly Williams, juniors Hanna Rizzo and
Jessica Eenigenburg and sophomore
Corinne Plumb.
KAYLA ADKINS (Springfield, Ill./Springfield HS)
Adkins is receiving CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time. A key member of the Calvin women's golf team, Adkins averaged 84.33 strokes-per-round in conference play this season and was a regular member of the Calvin lineup throughout the 2025-26 campaign. Adkins graduate from Calvin with a double-major in psychology and sociology. She posted a 3.86 grade point average. She has been a regular member of the Calvin Dean's List and MIAA Academic Honor Roll. She was a member of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 WGCA All-American Scholar Teams.
GINA SONDAY (Portland, Mich./Portland HS)
Sonday is receiving CSC Academic All-District accolades for the second straight year. She has been an integral member of the Calvin women's golf team over the last four years. She has been a secondary education major with an emphasis in social studies at Calvin. She held a 3.81 grade point average and was a regular member of the Calvin Dean's List and MIAA Academic Honor Roll. She has also been a two-time WGCA All-American Scholar (2024, 2025). On the course, she averaged 83.83 strokes-per-round in conference play this season and was a consistent member of the Calvin women's golf lineup throughout the 2025-26 campaign.
MORGAN BETHARD (DeWitt, Mich./DeWitt HS)
Bethard is receiving CSC Academic All-District honors for the third straight year. She has been a four-year starter for the Calvin women's lacrosse team. A forward, Bethard was named to the All-MIAA First Team this spring, netting 56 goals, 11 assists and 67 points. She finished her career with 136 goals, 35 assists and 171 points. She ranks sixth on the Calvin career list in goals and points and ninth in career assists. She graduated from Calvin last month with majors in sports management and psychology. She was a regular member of the Calvin Dean's List and MIAA Academic Honor Roll, producing a 3.59 grade point average. She has also been a member of the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
MOLLY WILLIAMS (Grand Haven, Mich./Grand Haven HS)
Williams is receiving CSC Academic All-District honors for the third straight year. She has been a four-year starter on defense for the Calvin women's lacrosse team. Williams graduated from Calvin last month with a degree in graphic design. She produced a 3.85 grade point average. She has been a regular member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and Calvin Dean's List and was named to the 2025 IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
JESSICA EENIGENBURG (Norton Shores, Mich./Western Michigan Christian HS)
Eenigenburg is receiving CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time. A midfielder with the Calvin women's lacrosse team, she collected nine goal, five assists and 14 points this season while collecting 34 draw controls, 13 ground balls and causing nine turnovers. She is a mechanical engineering major. She has been a regular member of the Calvin Dean's List and MIAA Academic Honor Roll, recording a 3.61 grade point average. Â
CORINNE PLUMB (St. Louis, Mo./Westminster Christian Academy)
A sophomore midfielder/attacker with the Calvin women's lacrosse team, Plumb is receiving CSC Academic All-District honors for the first time. She was named to the All-MIAA Second Team this spring, scoring 13 goals along with six assists for 19 points. She was credited with 30 draw controls, 20 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. She is a speech pathology major with a 3.85 grade point average. She has been a four-time member of the Calvin Dean's List and a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
