COACH'S COMMENT: "The team is so filled with joy and satisfaction with this win," Calvin head coach Brian Bolt said. "It's been a long project to develop as a team that could become champions. The players were so focused and dedcated this spring, but a championship like this is very hard to accomplish. The boys showed great courage and stepped up in the biggest moment. Seniors Jack Marzolino won the two-day finale and Matt Turcotte finished as the MIAA MVP. Beyond them this was a team-wide effort and everyone played an important par. Our team is very grateful to our God for this opportunity, regardless of outcome, but winning is a joy all its own."

NEXT UP: Calvin men's golf clinched a spot in the NCAA III Men's Golf Championship, which will be played from May 12-15 at Mission Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. The NCAA Selection Release announcing all the team entries will take place on Monday, May 4, on NCAA.com.
