ANGOLA, Ind. - Today the Calvin men's golf team competed in day two of the AC Eddy Invitational hosted by Trine University.

After finishing in third place yesterday, the Knights jumped up into second when they posted a round two team score of 310 and had an overall score of 600. Trine's 'A' team took the top spot with an overall score of 579 while their 'B' team rounded out the top three with a score of 602.

Senior
Matt Turcotte (Grandville, Mich./Calvin Christian) and was the top finisher for the Knights when he posted a round two score of 76 and brought his two-day total to four strokes over par.
Dylan Clark (Grand Rapids, Mich./Grand Rapids Christian) also posted a 76 today and finished his weekend five strokes over par.

Ethan Tiller (Kalamazoo, Mich./Portage Central) finished round two with a score of 77 while sophomore
Ford Erickson (Grand Rapids, Mich./Grand Rapids Christian) rounded out the scoring for the Knights when he posted a score of 81.

Josiah McClelland (Vicksburg, Mich./Vicksburg) also competed in the field and finished with a round two score of 84 while junior
Sam Timmer (Keene, N.H./Keene) played as an individual and posted a score of 79.

UP NEXT: The Knights will be back in action on Saturday, April 25th when the compete in the Rivalry Cup in South Haven, Michigan at 12:30 PM.
