Calvin University junior Ethan Tiller was named MIAA Golfer of the Week for men's golf on Monday.
 
Tiller (Kalamazoo, Mich./Portage Central) won the award after winning individual medalist honors at the Bob Ebels Invitational hosted by Hope College at The Meadows at Grand Valley State golf course over the weekend.
 
At the two-day tournament, Tiller followed an opening round of 72 with a one-under par 70 on Saturday to finish the tournament with an even-par score of 142, topping his nearest competitor by three strokes to win the tournament.
 
Calvin sent two teams to the tournament, with Tiller's team tying for third place with a tournament score of 605 as a team.
 
Calvin men's golf will return to action this weekend when it starts the AC Eddy Invitational hosted by Trine University on Friday, April 17.
