COACHES COMMENT: "A great day for our women's track and field team," said Calvin head track and field coach Adam Haldorson. "It was great to see Sydney get out on the track and set another record. The rest of our team was excellent as well. We had many season-best performances. Our distance medley relay was a nice surprise and our 4x400 relay picked it up another gear. Great to see without a doubt. We are looking forward to the competition that lies ahead of us in the coming weeks."
NEXT UP: Calvin will send a group of athletes to compete in the first-ever MIAA Multi-Event Championships Monday at Alma College. Four members of the Calvin women's track and field program will compete in the (five event) pentathlon competition. The results will count into the final point totals in the full MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships scheduled for February 27 and 28 at Trine University.
