COACH'S COMMENT: "We put in a great team performance today and are very pleased to get the team win," Calvin head men's golf coach
Brian Bolt said. "We got really strong rounds from senior
Matt Turcotte and freshman
Ian Tuin, both posting 1-over 73s. The team has been working very hard and it's good to see results on the scoreboard. Congrats also to
Ford Erickson, who tied for the low round of the day at 1-under par. As an individual we could not use his score, but team depth is very important and he brought it today. We will enjoy this today and will be focused on the next tourney starting tomorrow."
NEXT UP: Calvin men's golf will return to action on Saturday, October 4, when it plays in MIAA Jamboree #3 at Pine River Country Club.
