COACHES COMMENT: "That was a tough game for us on the road it showed in the first period," said Calvin head coach
Josh Petrusma. "We played slow and off-script. The team came out completely different for the second period, a credit to our leaders in the room. We played a very strong final two periods. There is a lot to build on as we have an off weekend coming up. It is an opportunity to refocus in some critical areas in practice. IT's been a solid start to the season and it will only get tougher from here."
NEXT UP: Calvin returns to action on October 31 when it hosts rival Hope at Eagles Ice Center at 8 p.m. The rivalry matchup will be the first between the two schools at the ACHA Division I level.
