Calvin Men's Lacrosse Shovels Past Carroll College

Box Score

WAUKESHA, Wisc. – The Calvin men's lacrosse team went to work on Saturday. An hour before game time, the Knights and their support staff helped shovel off nearly six inches of snow that had fallen on Schneider Stadium's turf surface on the campus of Carroll University.

A few hours later, Calvin completed the work day with an 18-1 win over the host Carroll Pioneers to improve its season record to 5-4.

"The weather was definitely challenging but our guys were ready for that challenge," Said Calvin men's lacrosse coach Luke Griemsman. "They were willing to pitch a hand in helping get the field ready and once the game got underway they were focused and determined. It was a real nice win and it feels good."
