The Calvin University men's soccer team has received the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award.
 
The men's soccer program has now received the Team Academic Award from the association 11 consecutive years thanks to a team grade point average (GPA) of 3.27.
 
To be eligible for the award, a team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better for the 2025-26 school year.
 
Under head coach Ryan Souders, the Knights finished the 2025 season with a record of 17-4-1. Calvin captured the 2025 MIAA Tournament title, defeating Olivet, Albion and Hope in a seven-day span to advance to the NCAA III Tournament for the 11^th consecutive year and for the 12^th time under head coach Ryan Souders. Calvin defeated Grove City 1-0 in the NCAA III Tournament first round. The Knights concluded NCAA III Tournament play in the second round with a 3-0 loss to Messiah.
 
Calvin is one of 326 men's soccer programs across all divisions to receive the Team Academic Award, and one of 175 schools to earn the award for both men's and women's soccer programs.
