Today it was announced that six members of the Calvin University softball team received All-MIAA honors. Led by senior
Brooke Hunderman, who earned first team honors and was named the MIAA Most Valuable Pitcher,
Emma Ludema and
Audrey Ford also found their way onto the All-MIAA First Team.
Natalie Bush,
Carly Dole, and
Kendall Jordan all earned All-MIAA Second Team honors.

Brooke Hunderman

Senior pitcher Hunderman (Grand Rapids, Mich./Calvin Christian) has been named the MIAA Most Valuable Pitcher for the second time in her career, the first time coming in 2024. She is a three-time All-MIAA honoree and finished the conference season with a 6-2 record. She notched 77 and had an ERA of 1.53 while only giving up 36 hits and 12 earned runs against 199 at bats.

Emma Ludema

Fellow senior pitcher Ludema (Martin, Mich./Martin) earns All-MIAA honors for the second time in her career as she finished conference play with a 5-1 record in the circle. Ludema recorded a WHIP of 1.13 while also posting two shutout games. She notched 21 strikeouts while only giving up 37 hits and 13 earned runs in 44.1 innings.

Audrey Ford

Second baseman Ford (Kalamazoo, Mich./Mattawan) capped off her freshman campaign in style by earning her first All-MIAA nod. In conference play, Ford had a batting average of .415 and a team high 22 hits. She posted a .427 slugging percentage, a .441 on-base percentage and recorded 12 RBI while scoring 12 runs of her own.

Natalie Bush

In her first season with the Knights junior outfielder Bush (Hudsonville, Mich./Unity Christian) earned her first All-MIAA honor and was the engine for the Calvin offense. Bush finished conference play leading the team in RBIs (17), total bases (38), slugging percentage (.704) and home runs (7). She recorded a batting average of .370 while also scoring 11 runs.

Carly Dole

Senior outfielder Dole (Mt. Pleasant, Mich./Mt. Pleasant) rounded out her Calvin career by earning All-MIAA honors for the fourth year in a row. Dole was an integral part of the Knights offense as she chipped in 15 hits, 16 RBIs, 13 runs and a batting average of .300. She also recorded a slugging percentage of .560 and an on-base percentage of .383.

Kendall Jordan

Freshman third baseman Jordan (Fishers, Ind./Fishers) earned her first All-MIAA nod when she rounded out her first season at Calvin with a batting average of .412 and recorded a hit in 16-18 conference games. She finished with 21 hits, 28 total bases, 12 runs scored, a slugging percentage of .549 and an on-base percentage of .436
