The Calvin softball doubleheader with Hope has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 30. The doubleheader will begin at 3 p.m. The twinbill was rescheduled due to intermittent rain in the West Michigan area, leading to wet playing conditions for Wednesday's originally scheduled time.

The doubleheader will take place at the Gainey Athletic Complex. Admission is free. Grilled hotdogs and chips will be available beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Calvin softball game. Food trucks featuring Popnotch brand gourmet popcorn and acai bowls from Playa Bowls will be available for purchase. 

The Calvin softball team will enter the doubleheader at 25-11 overall and 11-3 in the MIAA with the Knights currently holding second place in the league standings heading into next week's MIAA Tournament. Hope is 26-8 overall and 9-3 in the MIAA. The Flying Dutch are tied for third place in the league standings.
