Calvin University freshman Brodie Brown was named MIAA Diver of the Week for men's swimming and diving on Monday.

Brown (Hamilton, Mich./Hamilton) won the honor thanks to a good performance off both diving boards in a triangular against ranked NCAA II opponents Grand Valley State University and Saginaw Valley State University on October 17 at Venema Aquatic Center.

At the event, Brown placed fourth place off the one-meter (236 points) and three-meter (238 points) boards to be the top NCAA III finisher off both boards.

This marks the second time this season Brown has been named MIAA Men's Diver of the Week.

Calvin swimming and diving will return to action on Saturday, October 24, when it competes in the MIAA Invite hosted by Hope College at Holland Aquatic Center.
