COACHES COMMENT: "A tough afternoon and we are a little disappointed to be frank," said Calvin head men's golf coach
Brian Bolt. "Also, hats off to Trine for playing a terrific round. Having said that, there is a lot of golf yet to be played, and we can't dwell on this outcome. The focus now shifts to our next outing and finishing strong. The goal is to give ourselves the best opportunity possible when the league resumes in the spring. We will learn from this, get back to work and come back focused to play again next week."
NEXT UP: Calvin will close out its fall schedule next Monday when it competes at MIAA Jamboree #4 with Kalamazoo set to host the round at the Gull Lake Country Club in Richland, Michigan.
