The Calvin University football team is off to a 3-0 start and local and national media outlets have begun to take notice. Sophomore running back Hunter Hogan is the feature subject of video profile produced by Grand Rapids ABC affiliate WZZM-TV 13. Hogan is currently ranked second nationally in total rushing yards (567) and has back-to-back 200-yard rushing games. 

D3football.com also visited with Calvin head football coach Trent Figg along with Hogan and sophomore linebacker Carson Schnurstein for a preview on Calvin's year two start.

The Calvin football team will host Kalamazoo Saturday night at 7 p.m. at Calvin Soccer Stadium in a contest presented by the DeNooyer Automative Family. 

Saturday's game will mark the MIAA opener for both teams. The game is a sellout.
