Today it was announced that four members of the Calvin University softball team received All-MIAA honors. Junior duo
Tory Decker and
Brooke Hunderman were both named to the All-MIAA First Team while junior
Carly Dole and sophomore
Aubrey Herder were named to the All-MIAA Second Team.

Junior outfielder Decker (Hudsonville, Mich./Unity Christian) earned All-MIAA honors for the second time in her career after being named to the All-MIAA Second Team last season. While posting a team high batting average of .381, Decker recorded 43 hits, a .549 slugging percentage and led the team in RBIs with 30.

Brooke Hunderman

Hunderman (Grand Rapids, Mich./Calvin Christian) had another outstanding year for the Knights in the circle as she earned All-MIAA First Team honors for the second year in a row. She recorded an impressive 122 strikeouts on the year while posting a 1.75 ERA. Hunderman finished the regular season with a record of 12-8 and four shutouts.

Third baseman Dole (Mt. Pleasant, Mich./Mt. Pleasant) became a three-time All-MIAA honoree when she was named to the All-MIAA Second Team this season. She led the team in slugging percentage (.595), on-base percentage (.429), and runs scored (37) while recording 42 hits and 26 RBIs.

Sophomore shortstop Herder (Kalamazoo, Mich./Kalamazoo Christian) had a breakout year for Calvin as she earned All-MIAA honors for the first time in her career. She finished her 2025 regular season campaign with a batting average of .321 with 35 hits, 15 RBIs and 26 runs scored.Â
