COACH'S COMMENT: "The women took advantage of our home course and held nothing back," said Calvin head women's cross country coach
Nicole Kramer. "We battled from the gun with a strong four working well admist GVSU's top runners competing. Jonathan surprised no one but herself with how strong of a race she put forth today to be our top finisher. Alaina made a statement with her best race as a Knight, pushing and pulling her teammates along. It was no doubt warmer than we'd like for this time of year, but I'm proud of how we competed throughout the team these past two days."
NEXT UP: Calvin cross country will return to action on October 18 at the Interregional Invite hosted by Augustana College.
