COACH'S COMMENT: "We had some great showings today at the WHAC vs. MIAA meet hosted by Aquinas," Calvin head track and field coach
Adam Haldorson said. "For most of the group competing today, it was their first indoor meet of the season and they put out some big marks! Four of the men put their names in the top-10 Calvin all-time list. For a smaller meet like this, adding that many new top marks to the record books is outstanding. Beyond the top marks, we also had many people climbing the MIAA ranks as we prepare for the MIAA Indoor Championships in a month. We have a small contingent of distance athletes competing at Notre Dame tomorrow. That should be a great set up for some fast time and fast competition."
NEXT UP: Calvin track and field will send a small group of distance runners to the University of Notre Dame for a meet tomorrow (Saturday, February 1). A larger group will return to action on Friday, February 7, at Trine University.
