COACH'S COMMENT: "We had a great day in Terre Haute" said Calvin head cross country coach
Nicole Kramer. "We handled the heat very well by staying patient early and making moves consistently throughout the middle and end of races. We were in 14th place as a team through the 3k and moved up to eighth by the finish. We're excited see how we stack up in DIII currently, beat some DI teams, and have some key team takeaways to build upon from here. This meet also served as an excellent first look at the Nationals course and some of the top teams that we'll be keeping an eye on as the season progresses."
NEXT UP: Calvin cross country returns to action on Saturday, September 28, when it hosts the Knight Invite at Gainey Athletic Complex.
