The United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association has named its 2025 All-Academic teams and individual recipients in men's and women's cross country and the Calvin men's and women's cross country teams have received accolades on both counts.

Nicole Kramer, the Calvin men's team posted a team cumulative grade point average this past fall of 3.70 after posting a 3.538 GPA the year before. The Calvin women's team posted a 3.83 grade point average after posting a 3.862 GPA the year before. In order to receive the award, teams must post a minimum team GPA of 3.10 on a 4.0 scale.
Individually, the Calvin men had one individual receive USTFCCCA All-Academic honors in junior
Ryan Sarkett (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair). On the women's side, Calvin had six individuals receive the honor in senior
Sophie Bull (Denver, Co./Denver Christian HS), sophomore
Alexis Ball (Grand Rapids, Mich./Traverse City Central HS), freshman
Brynn Ellenbecker (Itasca, Ill./Lake Park HS), junior
Hailey Erickson (Arlington Heights, Ill./Prospect HS), freshman
Ayla Holben (DeWitt, Mich./DeWitt HS) and senior
Catie Kramer (Pickerington Ont./Dunbarton HS).
Sarkett is majoring in chemical engineering. He placed 44
th at the NCAA III Great Lakes Regional meet. On the women's side, Bull is kinesiology major with a pre-medicine emphasis. She won the 2025 Great Lakes Regional individual title in November. Erickson is a nursing major. She placed eighth at the 2025 NCAA III Great Lakes Regional meet. Holben placed 18
th at the regional championships. She is a nursing major. Ellenbecker placed 29
th at the regionals. She is psychology major. Kramer placed 36
th at the regional meet. She is a kinesiology major with a pre-medicine emphasis. Ball was 43
rd at the Great Lakes Regional meet. She is majoring in speech pathology.
Individuals needed to have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or greater on a 4.0 scale through the most-recent semester and placed in the top 25 percent at their respective NCAA III Regional Championships.
