The Lead-Up – Calvin is in its first season of intercollegiate football. The Knights are looking to bounce back from a 34-24 defeat at Concordia (Wis) last Saturday. The Knights opened the season on Sept. 7 with a 50-6 win over Oberlin College. Calvin is a member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association while Anderson is a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC). Today's game is part of the MIAA/HCAC Cross-Over agreement as seven MIAA schools are in action against seven HCAC institutions this afternoon.
