The two rivals traded early third quarter goals to make it 9-7 before Hope responded with four unanswered tallies to take a 13-7 lead heading into the final quarter.
Hope made it 15-7 in the fourth before the Knights were able to get back on the board using a nice give-and-go between freshman
Audrey Booher (Fishers, Ind./Heritage Christian HS) and Bethard that resulted in Booher's 25th goal of the season.
Gilbert then scored her fourth goal of the game, converting a well-placed feed from freshman Annaliese Hanson (Naperville, Il./Naperville North HS).
Hope added a final goal in the final minute of play to close out the scoring.
