COACH'S COMMENT: "Up and down," Calvin head volleyball coach Dr.
Amber Warners said of her team's performance. "I think the weekend off, while we absolutely needed it, also hurt us as far as our intensity (to start), but they snapped back and I was happy with the third set. We just have to learn that we can't take sets off. I thought the indirectness of us coming out to start resulted in missed serves and balls we hit out, and that's what we have to learn moving forward."
NEXT UP: Calvin women's volleyball will return to action on Friday, October 19, when it travels to Alma College for a match scheduled to start at 6:30 PM.
