COACHES COMMENT: "I really liked howe we competed against Neumann and felt it was a total team effort with a lot of energy both offensively and defensively," said Calvin head softball coach Becky Hilgert. "In game two we didn't quite refocus fast enough and I think we let a few opportunities get away from us that we needed to execute and it allowed them too many extra opportunities offensively. We'll enjoy a needed rest day and get ready to compete again on Friday."
UP NEXT: The Knights are back in action Friday March 4 at 10:30am against Wartburg and 1pm against Rosemont.
