COACHES COMMENT: "In the first game we had a little bit of nervous energy and faced an All-Region Concordia Moorhead pitcher who kept us off balance at times," said Calvin head softball coach Becky Hilgert. "We kept battling and competed through the last pitch. In the second game we had some timely hitting and I was happy how we stayed up even when Cabrini tied it late and then we found a way to get the victory. Overall, it was great to get back on the field and compete."
