Calvin University

Tim Morey is currently the men's and women's tennis assistant coach at Calvin University. Formerly the head women's coach pre-Covid (2019-20), Morey took on new responsibilities at the University in the Office of Student Support, Accountability, and Restoration. 

Morey walked onto the University of Notre Dame men's tennis team during a time where the team claimed back-to-back Big East Titles and ranked every year in the ITA Division I Top 20 under legendary head coach Bobby Bayliss.

Tim served as a USTA West Michigan district junior team tennis coach from 2011-to-2016, with the 2014 and 2015 team winning the Midwest Section Championships. Those teams finished 8th and 4th place, respectively, at the National Team Tennis Finals in South Carolina. 

Morey has also served as the head boy's and girl's tennis coach at Grand Rapids Christian High School. At GRC, he coached the girl's team to six straight top-four team finishes at the Division III state finals including second place finishes in 2015, 2016 and 2017. On the Boy's side, he coached the Eagles to several top 5 Division III state finishes, including numerous All-State players and flight champions on both sides every year
