Calvin University

Carl Gibbons was named a Calvin University Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach in 2022.

Gibbons came to Calvin after four years with the Northern Michigan University basketball program. During his time with Northern Michigan Gibbons was a part of 3 GLIAC semi-final appearances and saw a runner-up finish in the GLIAC tournament in 2022. He was also responsible for charting stats, coordinating pre and post-game meals, and aiding in running practices.

Carl earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education-Coaching from Northern Michigan University in 2021.
