  • Made major league debut for the Detroit Tigers in 2002, pitching a complete game shutout in his first career appearance
  • Made five starts for the Tigers in September of 2002.
  • Also played in the minor leagues for the Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves, Florida Marlins, Kansas City Royals and Houston Astros organizations
  • Pitched in the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO), Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB), the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) and the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) before retiring from professional baseball in 2018
  • Has worked as an instructor for pitchers and players from the middle school level all the way up to professional players
  • Worked as a pitching coach for several amateur baseball teams.Â
