The Calvin men's soccer game against Grove City College was canceled due to thunderstorms that swept through Grand Rapids Saturday night. The Knights led the Wolverines 1-0 but with just over 33 minutes left in regulation, the match was halted by lightning. After a lengthy weather delay, the decision to discontinue the match was made, canceling the contest and wiping out any results or statistics a NCAA rules stipulate that an official game must have a minimum of 70 completed minutes. Saturday's game against Grove City was in its 57^th minute when the contest was halted.

Calvin returns to action next Wednesday when it hosts Alma at 7 p.m. at Calvin Soccer Stadium.
