CALVIN-HOPE SWIMMING AND DIVING LIVE STREAM LINK

The Calvin men's and women's swimming and diving teams will prep one last time for the upcoming MIAA Championships with a rivalry dual meet against Friday night inside the Venema Aquatic Center.

The meet is set to begin at 5 p.m. and admission to the event is free.

Dual meets no longer count towards the final MIAA standings but are strictly non-conference matchups. 

CALVIN-HOPE WOMEN'S MEET

On the women's side, Hope enters the competition ranked 13^th in the latest Division III poll conducted by the College Swim Coaches Association of America while Calvin is ranked 17^th.  In the SwimCloud Division III dual meet rankings, the Hope women's team is ranked 12^th while Calvin is ranked 19^th. The Calvin women's team enters Friday with an overall dual meet record of 8-5 while Hope comes in at 5-1. 

The women's meet will feature several individuals that are ranked high on the Division III performance lists this season.

*Sara Krauss of Hope has the nation's top time in the 200 backstroke (1:59.08) and the 11^th-best in the 100 backstroke (55.78).
*Emma Merkel of Calvin has the nation's 8^th-best time in the 200 backstroke (2:00.68).
*Laurel Wasiniak of Hope is ranked sixth nationally in the 100 freestyle (50.55) and 13^th in the 50 freestyle (23.39).
*Maggie Farrell of Calvin is ranked fourth nationally in the 100 butterfly (54.71) and 11^th in the 50 freestyle (23.33).
*Greta Gidley of Hope is ranked 12^th nationally in the 200 IM (2:04.51)
*Zoe Poe of Calvin is ranked 11^th nationally in the 1650 freestyle (17:06.43).
*Calvin's 200 freestyle relay team is ranked third nationally (1:32.61) while Hope is ranked ninth (1:34.01).
*Calvin's 400 freestyle relay team is ranked eighth (3:26.57) while Hope is ranked 13^th (3:27.86).
*Hope's 800 freestyle relay team is ranked 18^th nationally (7:44.11) while Calvin's is ranked 19^th (7:44.95).
*Hope's 200 medley relay team is ranked sixth nationally (1:42.17) while Calvin's is ranked eighth (1:42.75).
*Hope's 400 medley relay team is ranked seventh nationally (3:46.24) while Calvin's is ranked 10^th (3:47.81).

CALVIN-HOPE MEN'S MEET

In the men's competition, Calvin enters the meet ranked ninth in the latest Division III poll conducted by the College Swim Coaches Association of America while Hope is ranked 18^th. The Calvin men's team enters Friday with an overall dual meet record of 6-7 while Hope comes in at 5-1.

*David Bajwa of Calvin is ranked second nationally in the 50 freestyle (19.79), 100 freestyle (43.81),  100 butterfly (46.89), ninth in the 100 backstroke (48.18). 12^th in the 200 butterfly (1:48.65) and 14^th in the 200 backstroke (1:47.05).
*Luke Newcome of Hope is ranked ninth in the 100 breaststroke (54.54)
*Charles Platt of Calvin is ranked second nationally in the 100 backstroke (46.99), sixth in the 100 freestyle (44.20) and ninth in the 50 freestyle (20.09).
*Timothy Hays of Calvin is ranked 12^th nationally in the 200 IM (1:49.30).
*Caleb Gemmen of Calvin is ranked 16^th nationally in the 100 breaststroke (55.09).
*Calvin's 200 freestyle relay is ranked second nationally (1:19.50) while Hope's relay is ranked 20^th (1:22.54).
*Calvin's 400 freestyle relay is ranked third nationally (2:56.79) while Hope is 23^rd (3:03.51).
*Calvin's 800 freestyle relay is ranked 14^th nationally (6:47.19) while Hope is ranked 16^th (6:50.06).
*Calvin's 200 medley relay is ranked No. 1 nationally (1:26.85) while Hope is ranked 11^th (1:29.68).
*Calvin's 400 medley relay is ranked second nationally (3:12.80) while Hope is ranked 16^th (3:19.62).
