D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll - 12-1-25

The Calvin women's basketball team is back in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll. The Knights are ranked 25^th in the second regular season poll, released last night.

Calvin opened the year ranked 18^th in the D3hoops.com Top 25 preseason poll but fell out of the poll after dropping three of its first four games.

Led by head coach Mark Christner, the Knights rebounded to win their last two games including a 61-53 triumph over No. 9 UW-Whitewater this past Saturday. The win is one of two that the Knights have recorded over Top 25 opponents this year as Ohio Wesleyan is currently ranked 24th. The Knights defeated the Battling Bishops 70-45 on November 14. 

At 3-3 overall, Calvin is preparing for a pair of games this week as it travels to Saint Mary's on Wednesday for its conference opener with a tip time set for 7 p.m. (ET). On Saturday, Calvin will host the University of Chicago at 5 p.m. inside Calvin's Van Noord Arena.
