The 112 members of the 2024 Calvin University football team reported to campus on Tuesday, August 13. The Knights are in preparation for their inaugural 2024 season which will begin on September 7 with a home game against Oberlin College on the campus of nearby Grand Rapids Christian High School.

As part of the first reporting to preseason camp, the players were treated to a new locker room facilty that is located on the north side of Calvin's main athletics complex. The locker room will be the home of the Knights and will eventually mesh with the anticipated Calvin football stadium that is planned to be built just east of the locker room and adjacent Calvin soccer stadium. 

Media were invited to the unveiling of the locker room with Calvin head football coach Trent Figg providing opening remarks as well as breakout interview sessions with players and Coach Figg.
