COACHES COMMENT: "It was a really solid day for our team," said Calvin head swim coach
Dan Gelderloos. "I thought we had good energy and our performances reflected that. We've got strong senior leadership but also a nice influx of new talent and that is creating a strong vibe of momentum on deck. I think we competed very well against two high-end Division II opponents. Our athletes thrive on facing strong competition and they got that today and I think brought their level of performance up with it. I am very excited for this team and this season.
NEXT UP: Calvin will host the MIAA Relays next Friday at the Venema Aquatic Center with race time set for 5 p.m.
