Box Score GRANVILLE, Oh. – A furious second half comeback effort came up just short as the Knights dropped a 3-2 decision at Denison University Saturday afternoon.

COACHES COMMENT: "A tough result for us on the road today," said Calvin head women's soccer coach Emily Ottenhoff after the match. "I really liked our resolve in tying it up in the second half but we weren't able to find a go-ahead goal. Denison is a very good team and they challenged in a lot of different ways throughout the match. Credit to them. We look forward to getting back to work this week for our next matches."
NEXT UP: Calvin will host Manchester on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Zuidema Field.
