COACHES COMMENT: "I was very happy with our mentality right from the start," said Calvin head women's volleyball coach Amber Warners. "We were focused, loose and aggressive all at the same time. It was a nice start to the season and we played well at times. We need to stay motivated to keep getting better individually as well as a team. It was so nice to feel a more sense of normalcy compared to last year."
NEXT UP: Calvin will host its own Labor Day Weekend Invitational Friday and Saturday. The Knights will face Grove City and Augsburg on Friday and Otterbein and Kalamazoo on Saturday.
