SAUGATUCK, Mich. - Today the Calvin women's golf team hit the links at Clearbrook Golf Club for the second MIAA Jamboree of the season.
 
Calvin finished the day in eighth place with a team score of 356 while Albion claimed the top spot with a score of 323. Trine (324) and Hope (325) both cracked the top three.
 
Senior Andrea Diemer (Wyoming, Mich./Calvin Christian) continued the trend of leading the way for the Knights when she finished her round tied for seventh with a score of 81. Freshman standout Lana Moore (Rockford, Mich./Rockford) wrapped up her day with a score of 90 while sophomore Ava McConnon (Grand Rapids, Mich./Northpointe Christian) recorded a score of 93.
 
Freshman Ashley Diovardi (Northville, Mich./Detroit Country Day) and sophomore Elizabeth Lubowicki (Brighton, Mich./Brighton) rounded out the scoring for the Knights when they finished with scores of 93 and 107, respectively.
 
Freshman Andrea Plantz (Lowell, Mich./Lowell) competed in the field as an individual where she shot an 89.
 
UP NEXT: The Knights will be back in action on Friday, September 25th when they kick off their weekend at the Midwest Region Fall Classic in Kansasville, Wisconsin. They are set to tee off at 8:30 AM (CT).
