ACHA D1 TOP 25 POLL - 2-11-26
The Calvin ACHA D1 hockey team continues to hold the No. 9 spot in the latest ACHA Division I Top 25 poll.
Under the direction of head coachÂ
Josh Petrusma, the Knights are 17-5-2 overall and have won six straight games. The Knights finished up GL6 conference play with a 10-2-0 record and currently hold the top spot in the GL6 Conference standings.
The Knights are 14-6-1 against current Top 25-ranked teams in the ACHA Division I poll. Calvin owns victories over No. 10 Adrian, No. 11 University of Mary, No. 14 Hope, No. 15 Grand Valley State, No. 16 Purdue University Northwest, No. 23 Northwood and No. 25 Davenport.
Calvin is preparing for a major weekend test as it has a lengthy road trip to top-ranked Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. Calvin will face the No. 1 ranked Beavers in Friday and Saturday night games with both contests set to start at 7:30 p.m. (CT).
Next week, Calvin will compete in the GL6 Conference Tournament with its final seeding yet to be determined as Adrian could move past Calvin in the conference standings with the Bulldogs facing Grand Valley State for a pair of conference games this week. The GL6 Conference Tournament is slated for the week of February 17-21 with seedings and tournament information available upon completion of the GL6 conference regular season schedule.
