COACHES COMMENT: Head Coach
Josh Petrusma, "We got off to a great start in the first ten minutes and then took our foot off the gas. It's the first game of the season, so it's not going to be perfect but there were a lot of lessons to be learned last night. Hats off to Cleary who played well and played hard all night. They have a strong team and I expect a battle from them in game 2. Overall, I'm happy with getting the result but we have a lot of work to do."
NEXT UP: Calvin goes on the road to complete the second leg of the matchup against Cleary in Howell Michigan. The game will be Saturday October 3rd, at 8pm.
