GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- The Calvin ACHA D1 men's hockey team defeated Eastern Michigan University 11-0 on Saturday, November 18th. The Knights are ranked 16th in the nation and are 14-4 on the season.

Calvin lit up the Eastern defense in the 1st period scoring 4 goals, and shooting 31 shots on goal.
Joel Fonovic,
Noah Kramps,
Krzyzstof Petryla, and
Joel Dieleman all scored, while
Ethan Best,
Steven Ickes, and
Justin Davis all collected an assist.

The Knights scored a quad again in the 2nd period with
Keith Schenkel,
Krzyzstof Petryla,
Maverick Baxtrom, and
Jacob Siebenga all scoring.
Joel Dieleman and
Krzyzstof Petryla had assists. Calvin had an additional 35 shots on goal in the 2nd period.

Calvin scored 3 goals in the 3rd period to cap off its impressive 11-0 victory.
Steven Ickes scored his 1st of the game,
Kyle VanDusen scored, and
Keith Schenkel scored his 2nd of the game. Calvin had 92 shots on goal to Eastern Michigans 8.
