Calvin University

Jon Walt is a 2020 Calvin University graduate. He is currently studying biology as graduate student at Grand Valley State University. At Calvin, Walt is responsible for coaching Calvin's pole vaulters. He resides in Grand Haven with his wife. Prior to coming to Calvin, Jon attended Unity Christian High school and was a standout vaulter, winning MIAA pole vault titles for indoor track and field in both 2017 and 2018. He was named to the All-MIAA Indoor Track and Field in both 2017 and 2018. A Dean's List student at Calvin, he was graduated witih a B.A. degree in biology.
