ALMA, Mich. – The No. 1 ranked Calvin volleyball team remained perfect on Wednesday with a 3-0 victory at Alma on Wednesday night. The Knights sank the Scots, 25-8, 26-24, 25-16. The Maroon and Gold move to 8-0 on the season and 4-0 in the MIAA. Alma is now 3-4 and 1-2 in the MIAA. The victory keeps the Knights in first place in the MIAA with No. 18 Hope.
"I am really pleased with how we started today," said head coach Dr. Amber Warners. "It is never easy to win on the road, especially in the MIAA. We now have to focus on the weekend and three really good teams."

The Knights would push the lead to 10 points on two occasions and won the set at 25-16.
The Knights are riding three major streaks. Calvin has won 48-straight MIAA matches, 41-straight regular season matches and 29-staight road matches.
